Before surgery I’d lost feeling in both legs and had extreme pain from my glutes all the way down my legs. I couldn’t stand vertically and couldn’t walk more than a few feet. Dr Kim performed a minimally invasive surgery fusing L2 to S3 and L3 to L4. I spent one night in the hospital. I have returned to hiking, gentle stretching, and light weightlifting.
